i believe that sport

very useful for health – it develops personality both physically and

spiritually. my favorite sport is skiing. walking and hiking

skiing has a positive effect on the nervous system, mental and

physical performance of the person. in addition, in the process of skiing

sports man is tempered, his health and endurance are strengthened. in winter

hardening is particularly useful and effective. when a person is not tempered and

does not strengthen their health, it is bad for his body.
